Action Mental Health - Training for School Staff, Parents and Local Community

CALLING ALL PARENTS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY MEMBERS

On Tuesday 22nd November from 4 - 5.30pm we will be hosting Action Mental Health workshop on 'Healthy Me'.

Our Staff will attend this workshop and we are able to offer this opportunity to our parents.

We have been delighted with the response to our Middletown sessions and hope this will be another chance to learn about the signs and symptoms of Mental Health illnesses, where to get support and techniques to build confidence and resilience.
