Dear Parents / Carers,
Our nominated charity for this academic year will be ASSISTANCE DOGS NORTHERN IRELAND (ADNI). Many of you will be aware of the amazing and positive impact Kobby has made and continues to make for our school community each and every day. We only have Kobby as our Therapy Dog thanks to Assistance Dogs Northern Ireland. They are a registered charity dedicated to providing a range of expertly trained support dogs to families and schools across Northern Ireland.
We have been blown away at the real and visible impact Kobby has made here at VPS. This year, we would like to raise funds, via our weekly charity donations, to help support ADNI to continue with their life changing work.
You can donate in a couple of ways:
- Like last year, send in any small change with your child on a Wednesday and this will be collected by their class teachers.
Or
- Log into the SCHOOL MONEY app and click on the SHOP option. There will then be an option to pay £1 towards your child’s charity donation. (This is a trial with the School Money app. Fingers crossed it will work 😊 )
